Hello Sir, I am a doctor in Myanmar.I got MBBS degree. So I want to attend post-graduate courses or graduate courses in Singapore Universities especially NUS. I usually see website and they ask for experiences. Is there any university that related with medicine that only sufficient with MBBS degree and TOEFL? Now I am trying to sit for TOEFL. Is it essential to get GCE O and A? I am interested in public health. So please kindly point me.

You are eligible to apply for graduate programme by research. You must have a MBBS degree, TOEFL and GRE. The minimum TOEFL score is 580. While the minimum GRE score is 1200 for both quantitative and verbal sections and 3.5 for analytical section.

 I've done my London-Edexcel GCE O Level. I'm planning to further my studies at Singapore. What they are asking is their Singapore-Cambridge GCE O Level. Is my GCE acceptable?

Yes, GCE result is acceptable some universities in Singapore.  If you would like to have strong chance for admission to University, you should submit GCE 'A' Level result.

With GCE 'O' result, you may apply to Poly Schools in Singapore and almost all private schools in Singapore.

I want to join Poly Technic.I have passed  tenth standard.I have heard that if we have IELTS marks,we can join poly technic.Do we need to take exam for other subjects except English.Would you please email me.

Yes, if you have IELTS or TOEFL you can apply to Poly.  Not you can "join to Poly".  Because they will select the best students among applicants
Sometimes you need to sit entrance test to get admission to Poly and sometimes, if your IELTS/TOEFL scores is very good and your B.E.H.S marks are very good, they might allow you direct admission

Is total score from 10th Std important for applying poly? Because my agent said that the student who want to join poly system must have minimum 420 total score and 60 marks for English, 75 marks for Maths & Physics. I don't know that is true or not. If so, I can't apply for poly. Therefore I want to know about score.

To certain extant, Yes, Total Marks of BEHS Exam is important for applying poly to get strong chance for admission. But “Total Marks” only is not the fact that makes decision for School Admission.

I would like to know about the loan from Singapore Government? Is there any scholars for Myanmar student who passed Grade-11 four distinction.

We usually say that kind of financial support "Tuition Grant" for under graduate program.  You can apply to POLY schools in Singapore. Yes, for those who pass Grade-11 with four distinction have chance to obtain Financial Support. But you still have to provide IELTS or TOEFL to gain Admission.
Even if you haven't sit IELTS/TOEFL exam, you can apply directly to Poly and if you are in the pre-list, they will ask you to sit Exam in Yangon for Admission.

Could u give me some suggestion about applying school to singapore. first of all i want to know about how to send my document (paper document)  to the school after applying from on line.
and the last one is now i'm already got my degree from here (myanmar ) .so am i still eligible to apply to the university from singapore for undergraduate

You can send your documents via Courier.   In some cases, you can apply Graduate Diploma such as NUS Graduate Diploma, even if you are  a Graduate.  But mostly you are encouraged to apply  Post Graduate  Program which is related to your education background.
